Delivrone, a French drone start-up focused on medical deliveries, seeks a Safety & Compliance Manager to lead our safety program and regulatory compliance. You will create and manage procedures for flight permits and audits to ensure operations meet standards.

Work closely with authorities (DSAC/DGAC, EASA), maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification, and drive training to raise safety awareness across the company. Fluent English and French are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Experience in compliance monitoring in the aeronautics sector is a plus.
• Experience writing safety procedures and certification documents in the aviation sector is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage procedures and required documents for flight permits (SORA / CONOPS / U-Space and related documents).
• Maintain safety policy, safety management process, safety monitoring system, and audits.
• Ensure organization complies with applicable standards and C&E procedures; organize training sessions.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification as quality manager.

Delivrone is a French start-up looking to revolutionize the last miles delivery industry using drones. Our mission is to operate drone delivery solutions that are safe, reliable and eco-friendly. We are focused on medical deliveries.

Founded in 2021 we are already operating BVLOS flights on a daily basis on several areas. We’re now continuing the process to obtain larger authorization from the French and European authorities.

In this context, delivrone is looking for a safety & compliance manager.

Responsabilies

You will work closely with our experienced Head of Safety & Compliance. Prime contact with the authorities (Mainly DSAC/DGAC and EASA), you will be in charge of creating and managing procedures and required documents for flight permits (SORA / CONOPS / U-Space and related documents) so as to enable operations at scale.

You will have to maintain our safety policy, safety management process, safety monitoring system, document all safety aspects and organize training sessions to make personnel aware of their responsibilities.

You will have authority to ensure that within the organization all activities are performed in accordance with the applicable standards and that the organization is continuously in compliance with the requirements and the procedures (through audits).

Delivrone is also ISO 9001:2015 certified and you will be in charge of maintaining this certification as quality manager.

Requirements

• Hability to have a global view along with strong executions capabilities;
• Fluent English & French speaker, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write in a concise, organized, and coherent manner;
  A first experience in compliance monitoring in the aeronautics sector would be an asset for the position;
• A first experience in writing safety procedures and certification documents in the aeronautics sector would be an asset for the position;
• Willingness to take on challenges, show resiliency and always learn new skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and autonomy, ability to make decisions and results oriented;
• Being graduated from ENAC with a manned aircraft license (PPL or ATPL) would be a real asset for the position
