A French start-up is seeking a Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee compliance procedures for drone deliveries. In this role, you will manage documentation for flight permits and maintain safety standards. Candidates should be fluent in English and French, have strong communication skills, and hold an ENAC degree with a manned aircraft license as an asset. This is a full-time entry-level position based in Normandy.

Qualifications

• Ability to have a global view along with strong execution capabilities.
• A first experience in compliance monitoring in the aeronautics sector.
• Excellent organizational skills and autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with the Head of Safety & Compliance.
• Create and manage procedures for flight permits.
• Maintain safety policy and management process.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards through audits.
