Job summary

Docebo is seeking an Information Security Compliance Specialist to safeguard security posture and boost customer trust in a global SaaS environment. You’ll translate complex frameworks into clear client-ready responses and partner with legal and GRC teams to align contracts with compliance demands.

The role emphasizes audit readiness for SOC2, ISO certs, NIS2, and GDPR, with automation of workflows and collaboration across security and sales. Hybrid work supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting security activities, audits and SaaS compliance.
• Experience with GDPR, ISO, SOC, NIS2 frameworks and privacy controls.
• Strong ability to translate security concepts to non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to security requests, RFIs/RFQs, and deliver compliant responses.
• Lead corrective action plans for outstanding customer requirements.
• Review customer agreements and DPA mappings with legal teams.
• Support SOC2, ISO, and other assessments and audit readiness.
• Leverage AI tools to automate internal compliance workflows.
