Job summary

Doctolib, a leading French healthcare platform, is seeking a Senior Corporate Security Engineer to join the SecOps team. You will own security programs across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and network, and drive zero-trust adoption in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will implement controls as code using Terraform and GitHub pull requests, mentor engineers, and coordinate with IT and product teams to protect data for millions of patients and health professionals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years securing enterprise environments with production controls.
• Experience shipping security programs end-to-end.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience in healthcare/regulatory industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate security programs from architecture to enforcement.
• Ship changes as code using CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive adoption across teams with clear proposals and comms.
• Review SaaS integrations and AI tools for risk-based responses.
• Lead incident investigations and improve detection and response.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence.
