Job Description

The mission

You will be part of the Solutions Consultingteam (3 people) in charge of RFP/Is and Presales activities.

Working directly with our CEO, you will be in charge of the success of the RFPs and strategic deals, in collaboration with the Sales team. You will frequently work on large-scale projects with an international scope for well-known brands in collaboration with multiple internal teams.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Keep up to date with our platform features and roadmap, and their strategic use cases
  • Present Sociabble’s technical and non-technical offerings to prospects
  • Prepare and present demos and POCs tailored to our prospects' needs
  • Provide answers to RFI/RFPs and maintain an efficient classification system for RFPs documentation to ensure the right information and documents are accessible and ready to use
  • Provide integration maps detailing how Sociabble connects, via APIs, to the customer’s existing IT infrastructure and business applications
  • Provide technical support to Sales teams, including documentation, demos, and quote builder tools.
  • Support the Sales and CSM teams in the sales cycle outside of RFP processes to increase and accelerate the closing rate
  • Provide support to the Sales distribution effort. Complete ad-hoc Sales and Marketing requests by creating appropriate materials, including competitive analysis, website content redaction, sales documentation, and video presentation conception.
  • Lead the standardization and automation of internal Presales processes
Qualifications

The ideal candidate

  • You have experience working in the SaaS industry (~3 years) in client-facing roles such as Sales, Pre-sales engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solution Architect
  • You are customer-focused and commercially aware
  • You can read, analyze, and synthesize many documents, and you are capable of working with short deadlines
  • You are bilingual in English and French (C1 minimum for both languages).
  • You have excellent organization skills with an eye for detail, and are proactive and rigorous.
  • You have the dexterity to manipulate multiple tools at the same time, and are very data-oriented
  • You can adapt to your interlocutors and translate technical speech to non-technical people, and to timelines (sales emergencies, long-term projects)
  • You take pride in helping others, making you a resourceful team player
  • Enthusiastic and curious, you have a taste for challenge and a desire to work in a constantly changing environment
  • You’re quick to learn and take ownership
  • You are proficient in Office 365 and in editing Word documents, respecting a graphical chart
