Alchemy is seeking an Account Manager to join the inside sales team in France. The role focuses on acquiring new business, managing accounts, and building strong customer relationships, with KPI targets and a €6.6k bonus on top of a €35k base.

You will onboard new customers, upsell SaaS solutions, and collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs while delivering excellent service. Fluency in French and SAAS sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and experience in a similar account management role.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with SAAS software solutions and marketing/messaging tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide 5* customer service to new and existing customers
• On-board new customers and drive adoption
• Work towards KPIs and advance sales opportunities
• Upsell existing and new solutions by identifying customer requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs
• Promote a positive team culture
• Handle ad hoc duties
