Qualifications

  • 7 ans d'expérience en Planification Supply/Demand ou Consulting.
  • Compétences en coaching et en planification transversale.
  • Bilingue en anglais et français, l'espagnol est un atout.

Want to join a fast-moving company, work among convivial teams and be part of our S&OP center of excellence? We are looking for an S&OP Transformation Expert! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

The S&OP Transformation Expert will join the team of S&OP Center of Excellence. They will support Pernod Ricard group’s S&OP transformation for their perimeter: 1 Management Entity under direct responsibility with Markets and Brands/Production activities of that scope. They are in charge of coaching the teams, assessing improvements, and tracking overall performance at entity level.

Your key missions:

  • Work closely with Global Business Process Owner and S&OP tools specialists to provide guidelines and targets to the Affiliates.
  • Organize and deliver necessary training to implement best practices.
  • Deploy levers defined in the Affiliate roadmap and ensure follow-up at sponsors and operational levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement, considering country-specific needs.

Coach local teams:

  • Shadow key meetings, especially S&OP cycles, to improve effectiveness.
  • Assess the efficiency of S&OP activities and identify areas for improvement in processes, people, tools, and data.
  • Support and coach local S&OP teams daily and on gaps identified.

Conduct maturity assessments:

  • Monitor S&OP performance on KPIs and metrics, focusing on forecast accuracy, adherence to production plans, and service/inventory levels.
  • Conduct bi-annual pace checks for various Affiliates on S&OP adoption.
  • Ensure improvement of maturity scores to meet Group targets.
  • Manage communication, stakeholder, and change management activities to harmonize processes with PR objectives.
  • Report progress to Regional Transformation lead.
  • Escalate relevant alerts when necessary.

Travel: twice a month to one of the affiliates.

You have a bachelor’s degree (Logistics or Supply Chain) and at least 7 years of experience in Supply/Demand Planning or Consulting.

You are highly autonomous, proactive, and eager to play a key role in the S&OP transformation process.

You have developed project management, change, and coaching skills, as well as cross-functional planning understanding.

You are comfortable with oral and written presentations (with Managers and C-level).

You have good analytical skills.

You are fluent in English & French (Spanish is an advantage).
