Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a Sales and Operations Planning Manager to lead the planning team across multiple plants in EMEA. You will translate forecasts into production plans, manage deviations, and drive OTIF performance while coordinating with manufacturing, markets and purchasing.

Ideal candidates have 3–10 years in supply planning, strong Excel/SAP capabilities, and APICS certification. Fluency in English and knowledge of French are desirable.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years in supply planning positions.
• Experience with Advanced Planning Systems; Maestro a plus.
• APICS/CPIM certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand forecasts into a rough cut production plan for the next 12 to 18 months, aligning with inventory and OTIF targets.
• Propose planning scenarios to optimize targets and lead decision-making with stakeholders.
• Define stock holding strategies and drive inventory targets, including reductions of slow moving and obsolete inventories.
