Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a Sales and Operations Planning Manager to join the planning team of the Performance & Care GBU’s supply chain. You will oversee a perimeter covering one or several plants in EMEA, ensuring seamless operations and supporting financial objectives.

Key duties include translating demand forecasts into 12–18 month rough-cut plans, defining stock strategies, supporting OTIF targets, and collaborating with manufacturing, markets and product management to optimize allocations and

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years in supply planning positions.
• Experience with Advanced Planning Systems; Maestro knowledge is a plus.
• APICS/CPIM certification is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supply Planning: translate demand forecasts into a rough cut production plan for 12–18 months; align with inventory and OTIF targets.
• Customer Satisfaction: define lead times, support OTIF and assist new business/material developments.
• Inventory Management: define stock holding strategies and drive inventory targets.
