Job Description

Reporting to the Industrial VP Deputy, the S&OP Deputy Manager is the process referent for supply chain processes and owner for Demand and Internal processes. He/she is accountable for supporting sites to maintain MPRII standards in planning and execution (result and process KPIs) and is the referent for supply chain master data business rules.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Process/KPI/Standard/Procedure:
  • Define, implement, and manage the LG&I process, standards, procedures, and KPIs for each process:
    • Demand
    • Internal Supply and What If
  • Central planning owns the following processes:
    • Demand Review
    • Internal Supply Process
    • What If process
  • Ensure governance and adherence to standards
  • Support production sites in creating and implementing local standards, procedures, KPIs, and tools
  • ERP Solution:
    • Contribute to ERP and tool evolution
  • Human Resources:
    • Manage the community for different processes to improve global coordination and maturity of the planning group
    • Ensure global competencies in collaboration with Human Resources
  • Others:
    • Travel to different sites as part of mapping the industrial footprint
    Job Requirements

    Hard Skills:

    • Good judgment in issue identification and solution recommendation
    • Autonomy and reporting skills
    • MRP2 knowledge and APICS CPIM certification with 5-8 years of experience
    • Knowledge of business processes and systems (SAP, IBP)
