Une entreprise innovante recherche un Responsable S&OP pour piloter les processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Ce rôle dynamique implique la définition et la gestion des normes et KPI, tout en contribuant à l'évolution des outils ERP. Vous serez le référent pour les données de base de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les sites de production pour garantir l'adhésion aux normes. Ce poste exige une forte capacité d'analyse, de communication, et une expérience en gestion interculturelle. Qualifications

• 5 à 8 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
• Connaissance des processus d'affaires et des systèmes ERP.

Responsabilités

• Définir et gérer les processus, normes et KPI pour la planification.
• Contribuer à l'évolution des outils ERP et gérer la communauté des processus.

Description du poste

Reporting to the Industrial VP Deputy, the S&OP Deputy Manager is the process referent for supply chain processes and owner for Demand and Internal processes. He/she is accountable for supporting sites in maintaining MPRII best standards in planning and execution (result and process KPI) and is the referent for supply chain master data business rules.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Process/KPI/Standard/Procedure:
   Define, implement, and manage the LG&I process, standards, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (process and result) for each process, including:
   
   • Demand
   • Internal Supply
   • What If
   Central planning is the owner for the following processes:
   
   • Demand Review
   • Internal Supply Process
   • What If Process
   Responsible for governance and adherence to standards. Support production sites in creating and implementing local standards, procedures, KPIs, and tools.
2. ERP Solution:
   Contribute to ERP and tools evolution.
3. Human Resources:
   To improve global coordination and the maturity of the planning group, manage the community for the different processes and monitor the global action plan. Ensure the global competencies of the community in collaboration with Human Resources.
4. Others:
   Regarding the mapping of the industrial footprint, the candidate will have to travel to different sites.

• MRP2 knowledge and APICS CPIM certification with 5 to 8 years of experience.
