SAP is hiring a SAP S/4HANA Engineer within the Global Sovereign Cloud Delivery & Operations team in Levallois-Perret. You will contribute to daily operations and evolve SAP S/4HANA landscapes in a highly regulated cloud environment.

You will work across the service delivery lifecycle, ensuring reliability, security, performance, and availability while collaborating with engineering teams to increase automation and improve procedures. Regular office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA and related implementation or support activities.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Experience with Windows, Linux and SAP HANA environments.
• Intro exposure to Disaster Recovery planning and testing.

Responsabilités

• Designing, implementing, monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA systems within the SAP Sovereign Cloud environment.
• Supporting the setup of multi-system landscape architectures and integrations across heterogeneous technologies.
• Assisting with system implementations, upgrades, patching activities, refreshes, and ongoing operational support.
• Investigating incidents, contributing to problem resolution, and supporting root cause analysis activities.
• Providing on‑call support for incidents and performance degradations as part of a rotational support model.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Partnering with engineering teams to enhance cloud operations processes and increase automation.
• Supporting SAP environments running on Linux, Windows, and SAP HANA platforms.
