Your role

As RX strategy Project Manager you will join the RX Strategy team and support to build the strategy for the future footprint of Global RX. The role sits at the intersection of business and operations, contributing to key strategic projects that shape the future of our Rx operations and Go-To-Market strategies while ensuring alignment with business and operations objectives in terms of quality, service, and cost.

You will have to deal with business cases development on topics like footprint optimization, mergers & integration, implementation of new technologies to define the appropriate operations model to fit the business requirements and our objectives in term of quality, service and cost.

To do this, you will work closely with the RX Global Network and the supporting departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and that’s why your interpersonal and communication skills, as well as your leadership style, will be essential in determining the success of the job.

  • Leading and supporting strategic initiatives such as footprint optimization, operational integrations, and the implementation of new technologies globally
  • Developing business cases and gathering critical data to define the optimal operating models that support business growth and efficiency.
  • Define the segmentation for all Rx and E&M labs globally and drive a segmented strategic roadmap for each category.
  • Support the definition of the Rx Mid-term plan, improving the 3 main pillars: service, quality and costs.
  • Support integration of new acquisition and other global transversal strategic projects.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone holding a Master Degree in Engineering or Operations Strategy and at least 3 years experience in Operations or Management Consulting.

Skills required for this role : Excellent verbal skills, Strong communication and presenting skills, capable of adapting to different audiences including senior management, Very good analytical skills and business acumen, Strong understanding of brand and market dynamics, Solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships and to influence in a matrix organization.

Full fluency in English, ability to work with different regions and cultures, in an international environment is a must.
