Excelya is looking for a driven RWE leader to drive real-world evidence studies from design to execution in a European clinical research setting. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs and Market Access, manage CROs and data providers, and leverage diverse data sources to generate impactful evidence that informs pricing and reimbursement strategies.

The ideal candidate holds an MSc or higher in a medical/scientific field and speaks English and French fluently.

Formación

• MSc or higher in a medical or scientific field
• Proven experience leading complex RWE projects
• Strong knowledge of RWE methodologies (observational studies, registries, pragmatic trials, chart reviews, post-authorization safety studies)
• Experience with pricing and reimbursement considerations in healthcare
• Excellent English and French communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple Real World Evidence (RWE) studies from inception to completion
• Oversee study design and execution, including protocol review
• Manage vendors such as CROs and data providers
• Utilize primary and secondary real-world data sources for evidence generation
• Integrate digital tools and platforms for data collection and analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access) and external stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver progress reports and updates to senior management
• Align RWE strategies with market access objectives, including pricing and reimbursement considerations
• Identify opportunities to innovate and integrate RWE into broader business strategies
