RWE Study Delivery Lead — France & Germany

Job summary

Resilience Care, a French company specializing in remote medical monitoring, is seeking a leader to drive Real-World Evidence studies across Germany and France. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating timelines, budgets, site and partner activities, and sponsor relationships.

You will oversee study execution from contracting through final reporting, ensure quality deliverables, manage CRO relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate reliable evidence for oncology

Qualifications

• Lead a clinical or non-interventional study end to end
• Navigate the German research environment: ethics committees, GDPR/DSGVO, Länder-level data protection requirements
• Oversee a CRO from sponsor side with clear responsibilities, pharmacovigilance and monitoring plans
• Track a study budget and communicate variances, risks and trade-offs
• Assess clinical data quality and discuss EHR structuring and AI-assisted extraction
• Fluent in German and proficient in English (writing and speaking)

Responsibilities

• Lead studies from contracting to final report, coordinating protocol and analysis plan, ethics submissions, data collection and deliverables
• Maintain an actionable project timeline and anticipate risks with proactive solutions
• Track study budgets, site costs, and CRO costs
• Select/activate sites with local teams, coordinate site contracting and CRO oversight
• Act as sponsor’s primary operational contact and lead steering committees with international pharmaceutical partners
• Collaborate with Medical, Clinical Operations, Data, Legal and Quality teams to turn delivery into reusable methods
