Resilience Care in France is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of Real-World Evidence studies in Germany and France, connecting clinical research, remote monitoring and health data. You will own execution: timelines, budgets, site and partner coordination, deliverable quality and sponsor relationship.

You will help generate reliable evidence for oncology and haematology research, build site networks, manage CROs, and ensure governance across international partners.

Qualifikationen

• Managed clinical or non-interventional studies with timelines and deliverables.
• Experience with German research environment, GDPR requirements and hospital contracting.
• Oversaw CRO deliverables and sponsor responsibilities in clinical settings.
• Tracked study budgets and identified variances, risks and mitigation actions.

Aufgaben

• Lead studies from contracting to final report, coordinating protocol and analysis plans.
• Maintain a project timeline, anticipate risks and propose solutions before milestones.
• Track budgets, site costs and CRO expenses to ensure financial control.
• Select and activate sites with local teams and manage site contracting.
• Act as sponsor's operational contact and lead steering committees with international partners.
• Collaborate with Medical, Clinical Operations, Data, Legal and Quality teams to share learnings.
