IXO Review seeks a reviewer to assess documents post-data transformation for completeness, accuracy, and suitability for intended use. The role involves handling sensitive information with strict adherence to assignment rules. Remote work is offered, with pay details specified for USD hourly rates.

Preferred candidates have experience reviewing confidential material and knowledge of privacy procedures. The assignment scope, access and schedule are agreed prior to starting work.

• Inspect selected documents and records for information that was missed, changed incorrectly or left inconsistent.
• Identify privacy concerns, formatting problems and other defects affecting data integrity.
• Check personally identifiable information according to the review instructions rather than assuming the transformation was complete.
• Answer qualitative review questions and explain the evidence behind each finding.
• Keep concise, traceable notes that another reviewer can follow.
• Raise ambiguous cases for clarification and help improve the consistency of future spot-checks.

Your work at IXO Review documents after a data-transformation process and determine whether the result is complete, accurate and appropriate for its intended use. The work includes sensitive information and requires careful attention to both the content and the handling rules provided for the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect selected documents and records for information that was missed, changed incorrectly or left inconsistent.
• Identify privacy concerns, formatting problems and other defects affecting data integrity.
• Check personally identifiable information according to the review instructions rather than assuming the transformation was complete.
• Answer qualitative review questions and explain the evidence behind each finding.
• Keep concise, traceable notes that another reviewer can follow.
• Raise ambiguous cases for clarification and help improve the consistency of future spot-checks.

Preferred experience

Experience reviewing confidential or sensitive documents is relevant, together with practical knowledge of personal-data handling and privacy procedures. A background in compliance, legal review or data privacy is advantageous.

Deliverables and engagement

Deliverables include completed spot-check records, documented defects, reasoned answers and clearly identified questions requiring further review. Work is remote. IXO will agree the assignment scope, access arrangements, review criteria and schedule before work begins.

Pay is $36 $65/hr in USD. Review only the documents made available through the authorized workspace. Do not obtain outside personal records or upload confidential documents through the job application. Any access to sensitive material will follow the specific handling instructions for the engagement.
