Qualifications

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for site visits and client retention
  2. Assist branches with grand openings
  3. Ensure compliance with local and national account standards; review corporate compliance reporting
  4. Develop and implement action plans to improve SSS/control V-9 (food waste, o/s, etc)
  5. Create an account-level incremental sales plan with local management; track performance and increase profitability (Owners Business Plan)
  6. Coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and client experience at the point of sale
  7. Build retail pricing opportunities, encourage repeat sales (Best Practices), and introduce new products to increase revenue
  8. Drive compliance to merchandising standards
  9. Assess performance by location through audit reports (Quarterly District Evaluations)
  10. Perform Route Driver duties when needed, including driving a company vehicle to deliver products, render services, and maintain vending equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; two-year college degree or equivalent experience acceptable
  • 3 years of driving experience required
  • Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and good driving record
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service or related fields
  • Route management, retail, and merchandising experience preferred
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
  • Food & beverage experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel to client sites
  • Passion for providing world-class service
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
