Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with HSE SITE PLAN, execution plans, operating procedures, quality procedures, and schedules. Take corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in drafting work permits and special permits.
• Verify that companies are working with reviewed documents.
• Ensure work programs align with Technip schedules and prerequisites.
• Manage work permit applications to ensure they match scheduled activities.
• Prepare orders for additional work.
• Supervise equipment outputs such as piping, cables, instrumentation with the Equipment Manager.
• Ensure work is carried out with proper permits issued by the Site Operator.
• Review detailed schedules of companies.
• Participate in self-checks and report non-compliance to QA/QC manager.
• Monitor progress and verify 'as-built' documents.
• Prepare and supervise punch lists.
• Participate in weekly meetings with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring progress, quality, and safety.
