• Be responsible for economic and qualitative results
• Manage a team of managers
• Ensure the quality of services, hygiene, and safety regulations, and adherence to Club Med procedures
• Be client-oriented to meet their needs and expectations
• Oversee the integration and professional development of team members within the village
