Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse seeks a Robotics Supervision SW Engineer to architect and develop a proprietary C++/Qt supervisory software environment for robotic cells. You will design high-performance shop-floor interfaces and robust control pipelines integrating with Fanuc, Siemens hardware and ROS 2 middleware.

The role requires strong C++/Qt expertise, multithreading, and experience with industrial protocols, aiming for reliable, responsive software in a cutting-edge aerospace

Qualificações

• Background in CS/Industrial Information Systems/Robotics/Embedded Systems.
• Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering experience for industrial machines or robotic cells.
• Strong command of modern C++ (14/17/20), Qt framework (QWidget, QML), CMake, and Git/CI-CD.
• Strong multithreading skills and knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet, TCP/UDP, OPC-UA).
• Experience with robotics middleware (ROS / ROS 2) and with CNC/PLC controllers such as Fanuc/Siemens/Beckhoff.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and specify the proprietary supervisory software framework for robotic cells.
• Develop high-performance, ergonomic shop-floor UIs using C++17/20 and Qt (QWidget, QML).
• Build robust communication pipelines for industrial controllers (Fanuc, Siemens) and robotics middleware (ROS 2).
• Ensure UI responsiveness and real-time synchronization through multithreaded design.
• Conduct software testing and validation using digital twins, virtual commissioning, and robotic cells.
