Job summary
Orasio is seeking a Product Lead, Military Solutions to own the vertical from strategy to field deployment. You will shape the product across Europe and Ukraine, working directly with military units, operators and command posts.
The role blends field presence with hands-on execution alongside Engineering, AI and Hardware teams. You will drive product principles, translate user needs into robust experiences, and ensure security and reliability in challenging environments while traveling regularly
Qualifications
- End-to-end ownership of a product, business line or major initiative.
- Hands-on deployment experience with armed forces or edge hardware projects.
- Deep technical skills across software, hardware and ML engineering.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast decisions for demanding users.
- Fluency in English and French; willingness to travel Europe and Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Define roadmap, priorities, success metrics and product principles.
- Turn deployments into scalable capabilities across units and countries.
- Spend substantial time with soldiers, operators and intelligence agencies.
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI and Hardware to deliver field-ready products.
- Ensure reliability, security and deployability as core features.
