Une université internationale recherche un consultant expérimenté pour l'accréditation RNCP afin de soutenir ses objectifs stratégiques. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience avec les candidatures RNCP et d'excellentes compétences en rédaction pour accompagner les équipes académiques dans le processus.

Qualifications

• Expertise en applications RNCP avec au moins une soumission réussie.
• Connaissance approfondie des processus et critères de France Compétences.
• Capacité à travailler avec une équipe académique internationale.

Responsabilités

• Auditer les programmes existants et identifier les certifications éligibles.
• Effectuer une analyse des lacunes et des recommandations de conformité.
• Structurer des fichiers de candidature et rédiger des documents clés.
• Guider le processus de soumission à France Compétences.

Job Description:

Paris American International University (PAIU) is currently seeking a consultant with proven expertise in RNCP accreditation to support our institution in its strategic goal of registering several of our training programs with France Compétences.

Your mission:

You will work closely with the leadership and academic teams to guide us through all key phases of the RNCP registration process:

• Audit of existing programs and identification of eligible certifications

• Gap analysis and compliance recommendations

• Structuring of application files and writing of key documents

• Guidance through the submission process to France Compétences

• Strategic advice on sustainability and updates of RNCP listings

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience with RNCP applications (ideally one successful submission)

• Deep knowledge of France Compétences processes and criteria

• Ability to collaborate with an international and agile academic team

• Excellent writing and synthesis skills (in French; English a plus)

• Autonomy, reliability, and a pragmatic approach to solving institutional challenges
