Une université internationale à Paris recherche un consultant pour soutenir son processus d'accréditation RNCP. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en RNCP, des compétences rédactionnelles excellentes et la capacité de travailler avec une équipe académique dynamique. Ce rôle clé aidera à aligner les diplômes de l'université avec les normes les plus élevées de l'enseignement supérieur français.

Qualifications

• Un minimum d'une soumission réussie dans le processus RNCP est idéal.
• Autonomie et approche pragmatique des défis institutionnels.

Responsabilités

• Audit des programmes existants et identification des certifications éligibles.
• Analyse des lacunes et recommandations de conformité.
• Rédaction des dossiers de candidature et documents clés.
• Conseils stratégiques sur la durabilité des accréditations RNCP.

Connaissances

Expérience en accréditation RNCP

Connaissance des processus de France Compétences

Capacité à collaborer avec une équipe académique internationale

Job Description:

Paris American International University (PAIU) is currently seeking a consultant with proven expertise in RNCP accreditation to support our institution in its strategic goal of registering several of our training programs with France Compétences.

Your mission:

You will work closely with the leadership and academic teams to guide us through all key phases of the RNCP registration process:

• Audit of existing programs and identification of eligible certifications

• Gap analysis and compliance recommendations

• Structuring of application files and writing of key documents

• Guidance through the submission process to France Compétences

• Strategic advice on sustainability and updates of RNCP listings

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience with RNCP applications (ideally one successful submission)

• Deep knowledge of France Compétences processes and criteria

• Ability to collaborate with an international and agile academic team

• Excellent writing and synthesis skills (in French; English a plus)

• Autonomy, reliability, and a pragmatic approach to solving institutional challenges
