A dynamic institution in the heart of Paris is seeking a consultant to guide its RNCP accreditation process. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with RNCP applications and deep knowledge of France Compétences standards. This role is integral to enhancing the institution’s academic positioning and expanding opportunities for students.

• Conduct gap analysis and provide compliance recommendations.
• Structure application files and write key documents.
• Guide through the submission process to France Compétences.

Paris American International University (PAIU) is currently seeking a consultant with proven expertise in RNCP accreditation to support our institution in its strategic goal of registering several of our training programs with France Compétences.

Your mission:

You will work closely with the leadership and academic teams to guide us through all key phases of the RNCP registration process:

• Audit of existing programs and identification of eligible certifications

• Gap analysis and compliance recommendations

• Structuring of application files and writing of key documents

• Guidance through the submission process to France Compétences

• Strategic advice on sustainability and updates of RNCP listings

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience with RNCP applications (ideally one successful submission)

• Deep knowledge of France Compétences processes and criteria

• Ability to collaborate with an international and agile academic team

• Excellent writing and synthesis skills (in French; English a plus)

• Autonomy, reliability, and a pragmatic approach to solving institutional challenges
