Un établissement d'enseignement supérieur en pleine croissance recherche un consultant expert en accréditation RNCP pour accompagner ses programmes dans le cadre de la stratégie d'enregistrement auprès de France Compétences. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience avérée dans ce domaine et sera capable de fournir des conseils stratégiques tout en collaborant avec les équipes académiques internationales.

• Approche pragmatique pour résoudre les défis institutionnels.

Responsabilités

• Audit des programmes existants et identification des certifications éligibles.
• Analyse des écarts et recommandations de conformité.
• Guidance à travers le processus de soumission aux France Compétences.

Paris American International University (PAIU) is currently seeking a consultant with proven expertise in RNCP accreditation to support our institution in its strategic goal of registering several of our training programs with France Compétences.

Your mission:

You will work closely with the leadership and academic teams to guide us through all key phases of the RNCP registration process:

• Audit of existing programs and identification of eligible certifications

• Gap analysis and compliance recommendations

• Structuring of application files and writing of key documents

• Guidance through the submission process to France Compétences

• Strategic advice on sustainability and updates of RNCP listings

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience with RNCP applications (ideally one successful submission)

• Deep knowledge of France Compétences processes and criteria

• Ability to collaborate with an international and agile academic team

• Excellent writing and synthesis skills (in French; English a plus)

• Autonomy, reliability, and a pragmatic approach to solving institutional challenges
