Une institution dynamique recherche un consultant en accréditation RNCP pour accompagner ses programmes. Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience avec les demandes RNCP, connaissances des processus de France Compétences, et d'excellentes compétences en rédaction. Ce rôle est crucial pour le développement des programmes académiques et l'alignement avec les normes de l'éducation supérieure française.

Qualifications

• Solide expérience avec des soumissions RNCP (idéalement une soumission réussie).
• Capacité à collaborer avec une équipe académique internationale et agile.
• Autonomie, fiabilité et une approche pragmatique pour résoudre des défis institutionnels.

Responsabilités

• Audit des programmes existants et identification des certifications éligibles.
• Analyse des écarts et recommandations de conformité.
• Structuration des dossiers de candidature et rédaction des documents clés.
• Conseil stratégique sur la durabilité et mise à jour des listes RNCP.

Paris American International University (PAIU) is currently seeking a consultant with proven expertise in RNCP accreditation to support our institution in its strategic goal of registering several of our training programs with France Compétences.

Your mission:

You will work closely with the leadership and academic teams to guide us through all key phases of the RNCP registration process:

• Audit of existing programs and identification of eligible certifications

• Gap analysis and compliance recommendations

• Structuring of application files and writing of key documents

• Guidance through the submission process to France Compétences

• Strategic advice on sustainability and updates of RNCP listings

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience with RNCP applications (ideally one successful submission)

• Deep knowledge of France Compétences processes and criteria

• Ability to collaborate with an international and agile academic team

• Excellent writing and synthesis skills (in French; English a plus)

• Autonomy, reliability, and a pragmatic approach to solving institutional challenges
