Overview

We provide relocation assistance for all Registered Nurses from Canada to the United States.
This program is also fully sponsored and we provide transfer of license as well as visa processing.

Visa / Green Card Visa Sponsorship is included as part of this position with relocation bonus for a 3 year commitment.

Position Type: Registered Nurse

Schedule: Days and Night shifts available, full time hours - 36 hours a week, rotating weekends.

Shifts: 12 hour shift options available.

Patient Population: Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and geriatric

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, both directly and indirectly, to patients in their assigned unit. Responsibilities Include

• Assess and monitor patients\' health conditions, recording vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
• Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and health management techniques.
• Perform diagnostic tests and prepare patients for exams or surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting medical histories, symptoms, and treatments.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first-line treatment in critical situations.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment by following safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Support patients\' emotional and mental well-being by listening, offering encouragement, and connecting them with resources.
• Stay updated on best practices and continue professional development through training and education.
