Job Description
Market Analysis and Top-Line Monitoring
  1. Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities and risks.
  2. Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and portfolio assets.
  3. Prepare high-quality communication materials for internal and external audiences, ensuring a consistent narrative.
  4. Monitor performance data, market conditions, and other variables impacting product success, ensuring senior stakeholders are kept informed with a consistent storyline.
  5. Support the preparation and presentation of performance reviews, focusing on actionable insights and recommendations.
Hotel Relations
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for revenue management and distribution-related inquiries from hotels within the portfolio.
  2. Provide strategic support to hotel teams, aligning revenue strategies and optimizing performance.
  3. Foster strong relationships with hotel teams to drive revenue growth and distribution efficiency.
  4. Ensure that all local revenue management strategies are consistent with Orient Express’s broader commercial vision and goals.
Process Optimization
  1. Streamline processes and develop standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency across hotels and regions.
  2. Write and implement best practices to ensure consistency and effectiveness in revenue management and distribution strategies.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Revenue Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, Sales, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles and distribution channels.
  • Proficient in data analytics with the ability to extract and present actionable insights.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are an asset.
Additional Information

A real work-life balance:

  • Remote work: up to 8 remote days per month depending on team workflow. Extra allowance for/reimbursement of IT equipment and other daily allowances.
  • For ‘autonomous framework’ employees (non-executive positions): 216 worked days including up to 12 days RTT per year, depending on the year.
