Job DescriptionResponsibilities:- Conduct R&OM workshops with stakeholders to review, identify, assess, and register new risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the probability and impact of risks, prioritizing efforts on the most significant risks and opportunities.
- Provide expertise to stakeholders for R&OM analysis on large contracts or procurement arrangements.
- Deliver classroom training, individual coaching, and guidance to stakeholders on procedures, processes, and the use of the Project Risk and Opportunity Register.
- Generate regular R&OM reports for Construction Boards, including performance monitoring (e.g., using KPIs) of the R&OM process, such as the quality of input in the Risk Register, timely implementation of mitigation actions, efficiency of mitigation actions, cost and schedule risk exposure, and maintenance of the Risk Register.
- Prepare necessary input materials for R&OM governance bodies.
- Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) at the project or program level.
- Share return on experience, learnings, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of the R&OM process.
- Serve as the secretary for the R&OM governing body, managing agendas, minutes, input collection, and documentation in IDM.
Qualifications- 5+ years experience in risk management across major construction programmes of significant size and complexity, preferably within nuclear energy.
- Hands-on experience in using project management software such as Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis, @risk or Crystal ball.
- Certification in R&OM by a recognised international professional association is desirable, such as by APM/IRM or PMI-RMP.
