Yourmissions :
Reporting to the Group Risk and Insurance Director, the Risk Manager will be involved in all risks within the Group's scope.
As part of the Group's Risk Management Policy, you will be responsible for :
- Identify the major risks to which the Group could be exposed, both for existing activities and for projects, and participate in the implementation of prevention and protection plans, as well as in their follow-up, with a view to safeguarding the Group's personnel, capital, image and growth.
- Work in close collaboration with Ceva's various departments, as well as with insurance company engineers and experts.
- Implement the Group's insurance programs through the day-to-day management of policies and litigation files with insurers, relevant internal departments and customers or suppliers.
- Participate in the preparation of the management charts needed to manage the department's activity, as well as in the drafting of best practices and training materials, and suggest improvements to existing management tools.
- Implement the Group's procedure for inviting foreign nationals to France and other countries where the Group operates.
- Alert management to any threat of major risk or crisis.
Yourprofile :
You have a Master's degree in Risk Management / Insurance supplemented by 3-4 years' experience in Risk Management or Insurance.
