Missions

In the context of a global reorganization, we are creating a new Group Operational Excellence Department, with the overall objective to drive top- and bottom-line store performance by continuously improving in-store execution leveraging internal and external expertise and innovation, support openings or distressed operations to foster profitable expansion.

This new department will include four teams:

• Local Supply Chain, Loss Prevention and Transversal Projects management

Chief Operational Performance Officer is also Chief Operating Officer Europe, supervising 4 countries.

Main Missions

The right hand will support the Chief Operational Performance Officer in various missions related to the Operational Performance Department, with exposure to Top management and all countries and businesses:

• Ensure PMO of Group transformation program: track progress and gains, define methodology, and manage reporting to top management and shareholders.
• Support the Chief Operational Performance Officer in transversal tasks and projects within the department.
• Assist Operational Performance teams with ad hoc needs: project management, analysis, internal communication, content management, and event organization.

Profile

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Management or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in Strategy, Project Management, Consulting, Finance/Transaction Services.
• Financial and quantitative analysis skills.

Preferred location: Levallois-Perret (Paris area), with flexibility for other European locations.

Skills:

• Strong project management, organization, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
