We are seeking a skilled UI / UX Designer with a robust background in web application design to elevate our internal platforms for centralizing experimental data. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3-7 years of experience and demonstrate a strong command of user-centered design principles. You will collaborate with various teams to produce cohesive UX strategies and compelling UI visuals.

Main Responsibilities

The chosen candidate will be tasked with enhancing our internal web applications through innovative design and collaborative efforts.

• Create visually stunning UI designs for internal and external web applications aligned with business needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to define and gather design requirements.
• Visualize and present design concepts across different styles.
• Conduct user tests to validate design choices.
• Generate UI assets and assist developers in implementing designs.
• Utilize and adapt Design System libraries and guidelines.
• Serve as a UI / UX subject matter expert and advocate for best practices.
• Create marketing visuals for project presentations.

Key Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following :

• At least 3 years of experience in UI design for web applications.
• Strong autonomy and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in usability and user-centered design.
• A portfolio showcasing UI / UX projects and processes.
• Mastery of design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) preferred.
• Experience with UX research tools (e.g., ) is an asset.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment.
• Fluency in English, with French knowledge preferred for cross-country collaboration.
