Job summary

Harmattan AI is seeking a Hardware (Electronics) Engineer to design RF front-ends and high-power electronics for our EW/SIGINT platforms, from concept to field deployment.

You will collaborate with system, software, and mechanical engineers to ensure robust, high-performance hardware and clear documentation.

The role requires a strong RF background and MSc in Electrical/Electronics, with PhD considered a plus; experience with high-voltage and precision design is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong background in RF hardware design including front-end design.
• MSc in Electrical / Electronics Engineering; PhD is a plus.
• Experience with high-power switching supplies and high-voltage PCB design.
• Ability to collaborate across software, mechanical, and ML teams.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• RF Front-End Design: Design and validate radio and radar RF front-ends.
• Hardware Architecture: Drive the hardware architecture of EW/SIGINT systems.
• High-Power & High-Voltage Electronics: Design high-power switching supplies and high-voltage PCBs, supplies and shielding.
• Integration & Validation: Lead board bring-up, RF integration, prototyping and validation against performance targets.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate across software, mechanical, GNC and ML teams on system integration and technical interfaces.
• System Reviews & Documentation: Contribute to design and architecture reviews, maintaining consistency between requirements, design and testing.
