Harmattan AI is seeking a Lead RF Engineer - Electronic Warfare to own the delivery of EW and SIGINT systems from concept to field deployment. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and translate mission needs into robust, scalable architectures while ensuring performance and reliability.

The role requires 10+ years in RF system engineering with a strong background in RF, GNSS, and Radar, and experience leading full system lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of RF system engineering experience in robotics, aerospace, or defense sectors.
• Proven experience leading full system lifecycles (concept → prototype → validation).
• Strong background in RF, GNSS and Radar system architecture, requirements engineering, and system level trade-off analysis.

Responsabilités

• Electronic Warfare Team: Build, maintain and manage a cross disciplinary Electronic Warfare Engineering Team.
• Electronic Warfare Systems and Technology watch: Drive architecture and implementation of EW/SIGINT systems.
• Technical Coordination: Lead cross-functional design across mechanical, electrical, software, GNC, and ML teams.
• Trade-Off & Design Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies and system-level simulations to guide choices.
• Integration & Validation: Oversee system integration, prototyping, and validation to meet targets.
• System Reviews: Drive design and architecture reviews, ensuring traceability between requirements and tests.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance requirements traceability, system documentation and validation workflows.
