Harmattan AI in France is seeking a Hardware (Electronics) Engineer for our Electronic Warfare team. You will design and develop RF hardware and front-ends from concept to field deployment, collaborating with system, software and mechanical teams to turn architecture needs into robust, high-performance hardware.

You will drive performance, robustness and reliability while contributing to integration, validation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• RF front-end and hardware design experience required.
• No EW experience required.
• RF integration experience is a plus.
• Experience with high-power switching supplies is a plus.
• High-voltage PCB/supply design and shielding experience.
• MSc in Electrical / Electronics Engineering; PhD is a plus.
• Broad engineering culture including mechanical/software/embedded systems.
• Rigorous, structured, mission-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• RF front-end design from specification through to validation.
• Hardware architecture for EW/SIGINT systems focusing on performance.
• Design high-power switching supplies and high-voltage electronics.
• Lead board bring-up, RF integration, prototyping and validation.
• Coordinate across software, mechanical, GNC and ML teams.
• Contribute to design and architecture reviews and testing.
