Harmattan AI in France seeks a Lead RF Engineer - Electronic Warfare to own EW and SIGINT system delivery from concept to field deployment, coordinating with PMs and technical leads. You will translate mission needs into system designs, guide multidisciplinary teams, and ensure performance, robustness, and reliability.

A strong background in RF, GNSS, and radar architecture is essential, with proven full lifecycle leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years of RF system engineering experience in robotics, aerospace, or defense.
Experience in EW/SIGINT leadership is a strong plus.
Experience leading full system lifecycles from concept to validation.
Strong RF, GNSS, and radar system architecture knowledge.
Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
Rigorous, mission-driven mindset with analytical skills.

Responsabilités

Build and manage a cross-disciplinary EW engineering team.
Drive architecture and EW systems development.
Lead cross-functional design across mechanical, electrical, software, GNC, and ML.
Conduct feasibility studies and system-level simulations.
Oversee integration, prototyping, and validation.
Drive design and architecture reviews.
Implement traceability and validation workflows.
