Reporting to the Europe Reward Director, the Reward Manager leads the implementation and consistent deployment of compensation policies and programs across the Europe region, within a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

As a Compensation subject matter expert, you actively support and collaborate with the P&O Europe community and Global Reward teams on all related projects and processes. Ultimately, you contribute to sustain a highly engaged workforce by ensuring competitive, attractive, fair, and equitable rewards across the Europe region.
As part of your core responsibilities :
1. Compensation & Job Gradings
- Deploy compensation policies and processes in the Europe region, including:
- Annual salary and performance bonus cycles
- Preparation and coordination of compensation benchmarking and pay equity studies in collaboration with P&O teams in markets and Global rewards
- Ensure good maintenance of the job architecture and gradings across the region
- Contribute to cross-functional Reward projects (e.g., evolution of variable pay schemes, EU Pay transparency, CSRD…)
- Prepare compensation packages, support to P&O teams, and in coordination with the International mobility where relevant
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for Europe P&O HR teams on compensation-related matters
- Ensure consistent implementation and communication of compensation policies across the region, always with our One House philosophy and guiding principles.
2. Staff Costs Controlling and Reporting
- Support the adoption of Regional and Global tools and dashboards across Europe, in collaboration with People Solutions, including related change management (eg. Workday as SSOT, Global People solutions dashboards, HR staffs costs forecasting tool implementation)
- Collaborate with Finance teams to consolidate accurate forecasts and monitoring of payroll and headcount costs across the region
- Contribute to the preparation and presentation of relevant HC/staff costs insights and analytics to regional and global management teams
3. Reward Function Efficiency
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Reward methods, tools, and processes to enhance the experience of our internal stakeholders (Business managers and P&O team members).

What You Will Bring
- Min 5 years of experience in HR, payroll, compensation, or cost controlling, ideally in an international context
- Strong analytical skills, reliability, and rigor
- A deep commitment to excellence, efficiency, and service quality
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and Excel
