Are you a data-driven pricing strategist who understands how to win on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and other premium OTAs — and knows how to grow direct bookings too?

We’re a boutique hospitality company in Bali, offering luxury stays in prime locations. As we scale our portfolio, we’re looking for a Revenue & OTA Strategy Specialist to take the lead on pricing, channel performance, and conversion-focused marketing.

What You’ll Do

  1. Develop and execute pricing strategies across OTAs and direct booking channels.
  2. Use advanced pricing automation and distribution tools to adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, and competitor analysis.
  3. Monitor performance metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, and Direct Booking Ratio to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Align pricing and availability with operations, special events, and property performance.
  5. Run targeted promotions and seasonal campaigns to boost visibility and bookings.
  6. Optimize OTA listings and support the direct booking journey — from pricing logic to conversion funnel insights.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, reservations, operations) to align pricing with brand goals and guest experience.

Who You Are

  1. Experienced: 2–5+ years in revenue management, OTA operations, or pricing strategy in hospitality, vacation rentals, or short-term stays.
  2. Analytical: You work confidently with spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reports — and love using data to make decisions.
  3. Direct-Booking Oriented: You understand how pricing influences channel mix and are motivated to grow direct revenue.
  4. Digitally Fluent: Comfortable navigating channel managers, pricing tools, and performance dashboards.
  5. Fluent in English: Both written and spoken, with excellent communication and reporting skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

  1. Experience integrating pricing systems, channel distribution tools, or CRM workflows into hospitality teams.
  2. Proven success in increasing direct bookings or reducing reliance on OTAs.
  3. Familiarity with multi-currency pricing, international markets, or multi-property portfolios.
  4. Insights into booking window trends, cancellation strategies, and occupancy pacing.
