Latham & Watkins in Paris seeks a Revenue Operations Coordinator to manage billing, A/R, and e-billing for a designated group of billing attorneys. The role supports the monthly target, with a hybrid work setup and a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will coordinate with attorneys, the Global Finance team, and clients to ensure accurate invoicing, timely responses, and adherence to firm policies. Strong French and English skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience in general accounting and billing processes in an international law firm or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fluent in French and English; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison among attorneys, support teams, Finance, and clients; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Prepare, review, approve, and post client invoices; ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Generate and review proformas from 3E; monitor WIP fees and costs; address balances per attorney instructions.
• Promote best practices for matter maintenance; manage WIP to cash, billing setups, and matter coding.
• Ensure timely delivery of invoices; coordinate client platform onboarding and e-billing tasks.
