Latham & Watkins, Paris office, seeks a Revenue Operations Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working options. You will manage billing, monitor A/R, and ensure timely invoicing in line with firm policies and rate agreements.

You will work with attorneys, the Global Finance team, and clients, requiring strong French and English communication and a solid accounting background. This is a collaborative role in a leading international law firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in general accounting and billing processes within an international law firm, or international organization in the professional services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and post client invoices; ensure billing activities comply with firm policies and rate agreements.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and balances; address WIP per attorney instructions in line with the Gold Standard.
• Coordinate billing delivery and onboarding tasks; liaise among attorneys, Global Finance, and clients to ensure timely inquiries and responses.
