The role involves designing processes, managing projects, and supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Your Role
As a Revenue Operations Manager (F / M / X) at Yousign, you'll join our cross-functional Revenue Operations team. Your mission will be to align and support our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by designing scalable processes, managing data quality, and driving overall operational efficiency across the entire revenue lifecycle.
Your role is to drive revenue operational efficiency and growth. You're the go-to person for designing and implementing new business processes.
In this role, you'll lead mid-sized projects aimed at scaling our operational capabilities while providing day-to-day support to go-to-market teams, ensuring they are unblocked and equipped with the right tools to perform.
Examples of what you'll work on :
Processes & Tools
Analyze and improve business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Manage and optimize our tech stack (mainly Salesforce, Chargebee, HubSpot).
Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving technologies.
Data & Reporting
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within our CRM.
Analyze data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
Track the performance of implemented solutions and provide strategic recommendations.
Project Management & Enablement
Lead operational projects with a strong project management and data-driven approach.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to turn recommendations into actions.
Document processes and enable teams through training and support.
