Your Role

As a Revenue Operations Manager (F / M / X) at Yousign, you'll join our cross-functional Revenue Operations team. Your mission will be to align and support our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by designing scalable processes, managing data quality, and driving overall operational efficiency across the entire revenue lifecycle.

Your role is to drive revenue operational efficiency and growth. You're the go-to person for designing and implementing new business processes.

In this role, you'll lead mid-sized projects aimed at scaling our operational capabilities while providing day-to-day support to go-to-market teams, ensuring they are unblocked and equipped with the right tools to perform.

Examples of what you'll work on :

  • Set up a round-robin lead assignment system for inbound requests
  • Design and implement a data architecture that enables accurate tracking of marketing campaigns
  • Use AI to optimize routing of customer support cases
  • Roll out a new pricing strategy in our billing tool (Chargebee)

Processes & Tools

Analyze and improve business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Manage and optimize our tech stack (mainly Salesforce, Chargebee, HubSpot).

Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving technologies.

Data & Reporting

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within our CRM.

Analyze data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.

Track the performance of implemented solutions and provide strategic recommendations.

Project Management & Enablement

Lead operational projects with a strong project management and data-driven approach.

Partner with Sales and Marketing to turn recommendations into actions.

Document processes and enable teams through training and support.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Business Ops, or Growth role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • Experience in SaaS is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Knowledge of inbound and outbound funnel processes is a plus
  • Must be organized, didactic, open-minded, and social, as this role involves interacting with many people and leaders
