We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager for a new role to expand our Operations team.

Background
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years experience in sales or revenue operations
Your missions

Reporting to Lucie, our COO, you will oversee Revenue Operations, focusing initially on Sales Performance, connecting the entire Revenue Funnel to improve operations from Marketing to Invoicing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve sales processes, implement new procedures, and utilize the best tools available.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and interpret sales data, generate reports, and provide insights for performance enhancement.
  • Technology Management: Evaluate, implement, and support revenue tools like CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), train staff, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Enablement: Develop training programs and resources to enhance sales capabilities.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Assist in sales forecasting, prepare performance reports, and communicate insights to leadership.

Our team works with quarterly OKRs and values honest, fair, and transparent performance reviews. We are building our Revenue Operations team, including future leaders.

Skills required

Hard skills:

  • Deep knowledge of SaaS revenue metrics and models
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), data visualization, Excel, SQL is a plus
  • Ability to forecast and manage sales pipelines
  • Understanding of sales methodologies and process optimization
