About This Role :

The Revenue Development Representative (RDR) is responsible for identifying, validating, and qualifying new opportunities in assigned accounts, territories, or buying centers for the inside, field, and/or channel sales teams. RDRs utilize various tactics including phone outreach with voicemail, email, social media, and chat to connect with prospects and foster meaningful interactions. They qualify marketing-generated demand demonstrated by engagement with marketing campaigns, specific actions, or meeting the scoring threshold. RDRs are goaled on the number of complete meetings with prospects and the number of opportunities generated. There are three levels of the RDR role, depending on the individual's tenure, performance, team contribution, and skill development.

Job Description :
  1. Consistently generate new demand for the sales organization to pursue.
  2. Conduct effective outbound prospecting within target accounts and personas leveraging all available channels.
  3. Follow a set cadence with inbound leads and outbound prospects.
  4. Conduct a minimum amount of prospecting activity.
  5. Execute person-based tactical and strategic prospecting campaigns.
  6. Review and act on inbound leads within the agreed SLA timeframes.
  7. Use multiple channels (phone, email, social, video, etc.).
  8. Leverage team templates and best practices for prospecting efforts.
  9. Identify new prospect accounts to target (review with your account executive).
  10. Assist with sales and marketing-led events where appropriate.
  11. Proactively partner with sales colleagues and the Forrester ecosystem.
  12. Manage time effectively to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  13. Maintain the CRM system, ensuring all activity is logged accurately.
  14. Provide feedback to marketing and help enhance the revenue engine.
