An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Assurance professional to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring data quality and optimizing costs within the Telecoms sector. You will collaborate closely with the Invoicing department to audit data streams and produce insightful reports that drive decision-making. Revenue Assurance (RA) is a role specific to the Telecoms sector. Based at the Operational Headquarters, the RA team aims to detect revenue leakage and optimize costs. Focusing on data quality, this team’s work is essential for any Telecoms operator and enables Transatel to maximize revenue and profits.
Collaborating closely with the Invoicing department, the RA team audits and monitors data streams (Call Data Records) from partner operators and internal sources, produces business and decision-making reports, and works with operational teams to identify process improvements. As Transatel develops as a major player in IoT worldwide, vigilant oversight from RA is crucial.
You hold a Master’s degree from an engineering or business school (or equivalent) and have at least two years of experience in revenue assurance or data analysis roles.
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and have a solid background in SQL.
You enjoy analyzing, modeling, and structuring complex problems, and are comfortable formatting and presenting data.
You are a good communicator, fluent in English and French, both orally and in writing. You are conscientious, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with a passion for working with figures. Your organizational skills, curiosity, and analytical capabilities are valuable assets.
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
