The role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. Are you ready to rejoin the workforce and take your career to new heights? We're excited to offer you an opportunity in our SOAR Program. This paid program is designed for talented professionals who have had a career break of at least 3 months and are eager to make a comeback.

In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement and support the company’s digital marketing and communication strategy. This includes managing digital campaigns, PR and media activities, website content, and social media communications to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, creative, and proactive marketing professional who thrives in cross-functional, international environments and enjoys taking ownership of content and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate impactful content for our blog, social media, and other digital/traditional media channels.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and report on digital and social media campaigns to support brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Build and manage a strategic editorial calendar aligned with key business goals and service launches.
  • Capture and share customer success stories, case studies, testimonials, and references.
  • Maintain a structured content repository (SharePoint, MS Teams) and track engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies to increase media visibility through articles, interviews, and thought leadership.
  • Project manage internal subject matter experts to ensure timely and quality content contributions.
  • Ensure content consistency across channels and collaborate with both internal teams and external contributors.
What we need to see from you
  • +3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, communications, PR, and social media, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe, and AI tools.
  • Mandatory career gap of at least 6 months. Not currently working.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with a history of delivering campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage high-performing content marketing programs.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (B2 minimum) and advanced proficiency in French.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing internal/external content contributors and aligning messaging.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Sitecore.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work model, with a presence in the office 2 to 3 days per week.
