GUESS Factory is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Saint-Sauveur store. You will oversee the customer experience, train staff, and lead by example on the selling floor while maintaining store and stockroom standards.

This role requires coaching teams, managing visual merchandising, and ensuring policy compliance to drive sales and profitability. The position emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and strong communication as you mentor associates and uphold brand expectations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience driving sales and managing a team.
Proficiency in PC use and detailed report analysis.
High school education or equivalent preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (30+ pounds).
Ability to stand for eight hours during shifts.

Responsabilités

Oversee customer experience and store standards on the selling floor and stockroom.
Train and develop store staff; provide ongoing coaching on product knowledge and selling skills.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store cleanliness and organization.
Meet or exceed store profitability, payroll, shrink, and conversion goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and manage payroll.
Use strong communication and sound judgment in decision making.
Handle additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
