Job description

You are:

• Attentive, creating a relationship of trust to understand and meet our guests’ expectations.
• Smiling and friendly, ensuring our customers feel welcome in the shop.
• Creative and ensuring an attractive layout; merchandising is second nature to you.
• Performance-oriented, liking new challenges and increasing sales.

You will:

• Welcome clients, identify their needs, and advise them.
• Carry out till operations.
• Create window displays and display tables to increase the store's attractiveness (Club Med norms and standards).
• Implement clothing and accessories in the store to promote sales (Club Med norms and standards) and ensure their restocking.
• Continuously seek innovation for product valorization.
• Monitor and analyze product sales and performance to ensure turnover dynamism.
• Promote, animate, and highlight commercial actions.
• Collaborate with other resort services (sports, events) to promote store visibility.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and maintain assets.
