What you'll be doing...

As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you'll:

  1. Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for technology and customer service.
  2. Identify customer needs through effective communication and creating connections.
  3. Recommend products and solutions to provide comprehensive sales options.
  4. Close sales using excellent communication skills to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
  5. Engage in ongoing training to enhance operational skills, including merchandising and inventory management.
  6. Expand your customer base through outbound calls and messages to existing Verizon customers.
  7. Participate in community events to build customer loyalty beyond the store.

We are hiring immediately! This role offers a competitive pay structure, with a base of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus potential commissions up to $16,000 annually based on sales performance. Top performers can earn over $73,500 annually. Compensation varies by location and performance.

What we're looking for...

You should have:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military service.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a schedule provided four weeks in advance.

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in sales or customer service environments.
  • Experience working on commission-based sales.
