Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time)

The anticipated rate for this position is $17.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families are eligible for limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability benefits. Eligible associates can enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours per year, including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick time is up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide a great experience for customers

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with adherence to attendance policy
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb ladders
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
